Nothing in this agreement obligates either party to proceed with a transaction. The seller reserves the right to negotiate with any party, accept any offer, or withdraw the Property from the market at any time without notice.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
